Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver within Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery fees may vary depending on location, distance, or special requests. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address, contact information, and any delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. • If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 1 hour with a photo, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders for floral arrangements can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. • Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund. • Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services. • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your purchase.
